Soft Bulletin is one of the best records of the 90s, that's
for sure.

i agree whale, i really did like it at first, but it's
almost grown into a whole other thing now..feeling yourself
disintegrate is just pure beauty, even though it's so
sad...do you guys know about synching that album with
fantasia?

There's an entertaining history of the band at allmusic.com.
Are they releasing a new album soon? I need more Lips.

Was that the band that made this album that you ''mix''
yourself, it had multiple discs or something that you kind
of synchronize? Or am I insane? I thought I read about it in
Rolling Stone.

They had a 4 CD release designed for simultaneous play.
You're not insane, but that idea was ...

I just got Yoshima Battles the Pink Robots... It's an
amazing album, they mix so many elements of rock and
electonic music, and great melodies as well, it's just
fucking great... some of the electronic sound in it remind
me of u-ziq also, which makes it that much sweeter

only heard of em recently .... i saw 2 vids of theirs off
"yoshima..." - very nice stuff indeed..... kinda trippy,
tangerine dreamy with melencholic lyrics

'yoshima battles the pink robots' it is called, i think.

quite similar to coldplay, less academic though, great
melodies and everything.
