can't go wrong with a good pizza
quite like pasta, spaghetti Carbonara,
spinach and ricotta tortellini
I made these pork and black bean tacos
with pickled red onion, chipotle tomatoes and lettuce last
month and they were the tastiest thing ive probably ever
eaten

fusion ramen,
sort of own recipes of noodle soup, i prepare a fresh
vegetable soup and over the course of three days i serve it
in 2 huge ramen bowls with noodles and all kinds of toppings
like veggies as fennel out of the pan with a spicy
anis/fennel/ginger/seed oil paste, fried sugared tofu or
spinachlike veggies with garlic or just plain mushrooms in
butter. ingredients are always easy to get and easy to store
for a week. then add all kinds of shenanigans like sesame
oil, sesame seed, sliced chili, minged ginger & sliced green
onion as finishing touch. drinking out the the bowl is very
satisfactory.
doesnt take more than 15-25 mins a day.

Organic cucumber dipped into organic hummus is my favorite
right now

But best meal ever is a traditional Thai glassnoodle salad.
Hard to find places that make a good one

I think my grandma's meatloaf recipe is my favorite thing.
She usually made it with some baked mac and cheese, peas and
a dinner roll or two.

She's gone but I still make this meal pretty regularly,
although I add a lot more red pepper to the meatloaf.
