music

I just had a dream that I bought a version of Surfing on
Sine Waves that was a collection of 7"s (one track on each
side, so let's say 7x7") in a fold out sleeve. The tracks
had different names and in the sleeve there was an advert
for the Richard D James album, and for the Powerpill
"album", in that way Americans insist on calling any record
with more than 3 tracks an album. And an advert from Rephlex
for a Powerpill t-shirt that was black with a pac-man game
design. There was also a fold out poster that was black with
"Thank you" handwritten in grey. Yes it was a very specific
Aphex related dream.

im totally indifferent to the whole thing myself, what
pisses me off is the reaction to something that really has
little consequence, i bet all these arseholes drive
thousands of miles in cars

nothing wrong with letting people know what you think.
they can decide whether youre right or wrong and rethink
their decisions for themselves. however throwing shit
publicly can be problematic and have quite the opposite
effect. maybe thats where to draw the line.

oh yeah the people who say its a bad idea or bad for the
environment thats fine, but the ones who are hysterically
saying stuff like you're destroying the planet need some
perspective, got and have a rant at ExxonMobil or something

I suppose my comment is generalised, we live in a very very
judgemental society nowadays, you have to really think hard
before you say anything that might be a bit contentious
because people seem to automatically think the worst of you

I genuinely dont understand the issue but I will say that
every comment seems to be uttered by a chode. I'm
sure they are very clever chodes who have all sorts of
exotic everyday carry reddit man shit on them, bit chodes.

i feel that too, "automatically think the worst of you"
i believe its a strong sign of people generally being
unhappy. furthermore i strongly believe those commenters are
being unhappy for absolutely no reason, considering they
have enough spare time to post shit on the internet as
opposed of living their life in an active way.
it has become a culture.
