I use NetZero.

Like:
Not nearly as many pop-up ads as AOL
Cheap
Minimal screen display for server when online
Many access numbers

Dislike:
Can get booted off if you don't surf as much (but it warns
you first)
A few pop-up ads
ad banners (small ones though)
network problems, occasionally

Well i'm using the campus intranet right now...and it's
pretty good. Hopefully I'll be getting Verizon DSL when I
go home for the summer...I can't take much more of dial-up
MSN.

My ISP is a real secret weapon is Sweden. They're seriously
good.

What I like:
Your own IP number, no log-in and the contract is very
friendly. They don't forbid alot of things, like ALL the
other ISPs do.

www.bostream.se 1795:- Starting fee. Then it's 249:-/month
for 2.5Mbit ADSL.
