i love the new pads my favourite one is russian circus, which i think has the potential to be one of the best dance tracks ever made if the elements were in time with each other, the way it is sounds like it was arranged in a bit of a hurry, which is a pity imo thanks for sharing, and again the first seems to be made straight out of a dream |

the pad on the first track is pure magic |

that pad is an akai vx600, it's a very fragile synth, sounds good but my one has a fault on the volume knob. have to turn the volume way down on the synth then pump up the gain on the mixer to use it. then it does a sort of high pass filter effect. i guess that emphasis makes the pad sound a little better. it also goes out of tune all the time. :-) |
