Indeksical has a few hidden gems he’s never shared
with us that I find wonderful!

How are you doing, man? Still not reading comics/manga atm?

Alright mate, I’m ok thanks. How are you doing? How was
your Christmas/ new year? I’ve started on the manga again,
currently reading junji itos new one ‘no longer human’,
it’s depressing as fuck. Read anything good lately?

That song is on a release somewhere, I’ll try and see
which one.

Love Junji Ito!

My dog is in his last legs and it’s been a tough festive
period. I though he was gone last weekend as he was drowning
from a build up of fluid in his lungs due to heart failure.
It was heartbreaking to see him suffer so much. He’d take
three steps and faint, while relieving himself. The vets
said there was nothing they could do. Hey was praying he’d
go in piece but miraculously he survived the attacks and is
still with me. He barely eats though and I have to be
careful he doesn’t drink much. He’s on huge doses of
diuretics to reduce the fluid buildup in his lungs and
abdomen. It’s fucking hard. He’s he love of my live and
has been my best friend for nearly 16 years now. He’s a
right little trooper though, and still wants to see the
world so instead of leaving him at home because he can’t
exercise, I carry him in a bag and he’s all content. Argh.

Fucking hell thats rough man, hope you’re ok. Give the pup
a head scratch from me! Lovely that you’re still taking
him out and about. What breed is he?

He’s a Prague ratter but but pure breed! A mongrel in many
ways.

Lost he’ll those ears! So cute! Must be taking up a lot
of your time if he’s poorly, are you looking after
yourself?

One of my fave of his, so peaceful:

None of the above show how cheeky and clever he is.

Yeah I’m doing the best I can to manage, thanks for
asking! I’m depressed but working on that. On the health
front I’m still being investigated. Apparently I’m quite
safe if I continue my treatment.

Read MAUS recently. Not a read that cheers you up much but
it’s a great book.

Maus is not just one of my favourite comics but I think one
of my favourite books, simple idea executed really really
well, completely changed my perception of comics as a medium
when I was a teenager.

Good to hear that you’re reasonably safe, I’m keeping an
eye on my calendar to see if the chance will crop up for us
to meet for a cuppa but no such luck yet! Have you been up
to anything fun? Seems we’re all knee deep in a quagmire
of shite at the moment!

I have Fallen Order to play but the truth is I haven’t
even remotely played Witcher 3 yet. I just can’t be
arsed. There’s some serious blockages going on.

Yeah not much to report on the fun side of things. I love my
baths though!

Hope we can manage something soon! At worse you don’t need
a job here to come over. Flights to Geneva from England can
be found really cheap, from the airport it’s a 50 minute
train ride to my place.

Are you feeling better morale wise?

Relentless yet dreamy! Would have loved some fat bass and
melody but I’ve noticed you’re more minimal lately. The
chords help the relentless beat float which is nice.
