if it's posh coffee i have it black, no sugar, if it's shitty instant i have it milky with 2 sweeteners. trying to cut out sugar in drinks. i don't really drink instant so much as fire it down my gullet though, i'm just after that caffeine hit |

A good uality coffee is fine taken black but a glug of whole milk makes it luxe. Belb watch out for artificial sweeteners, they can , which is associated with diabetes. |

hmm, i hadn't heard that before. i only sweeten coffee with anything cos i take it so strong, 3 teaspoons per cup. i guess i should just stop being a coffee junkie / coffee wuss (depends on yr perspective) |

Anyone who says caffeine is not addictive has never been addicted to caffeine. It builds and builds if I let it. I stabilize around four strong cups of coffee a day, or two. One or three just fucks me up. Four means waking up multiple times in the night from weird nightmares about video games I've never played. Two it is, then! |
