I'm trying to extract songs from CDs I have to edit in
Soundforge, but Soundforge won't let me. Does anyone know a
good free PC software to extract CD songs to wav?

I use exactaudiocopy for "safe" rips, cdex is apparently
also very good.

That's a fucked up avatar, regital!

Musicmatch is free. It rips and converts.

Altho its evil. It also east up your resources.

i use musicmatch, which is also very useful for converting a
high-grade mp3 into a 128kps mp3 for uploading to mp3.com
(remembering to keep a copy of the high-grade mp3 too!)
