Do you have any of their records? I only have Fixed:Context. Very soothing.. It sounds like they spent massive amounts of time finely-crafting the pieces just to lull you to sleep. Stars of the Lid too, their new album "The Tired Sounds of Stars of the Lid". It softens your nervous system. |

It's hard to study if you live in a single dorm room. You sort of space out and procrastinate so easily. If you have a roommate that's also studying, it promotes you into studying. |

I have Mi Media Naraja. Its fantastic. I also have heard most of fixed content and never really got into it. perhaps il give it another go. there's a great labradford website with loads of samples so you can see what you like before you (ahem) download it. |

deadlines are what get me going usually... I find it hard to study weeks for something... but the problem with that is that the deadline is coming up, and then I realize I only have like a few days to study for a shit load of exams or something... ah well, it is true, in a few days it'll be done... |

Another thing about college, you can't count on the weather to get you out of an exam. Unless your professor is stuck in the snow, but then again he'd probably has assistants that'll hand the exams out. And it doesn't matter if you're sick, if you miss an exam, you're screwed. So in college, it actually sucks to be sick, instead of the other way around. |
