Look at this: It mixes big endian and little endian in the same file format! Why would they do that. Obfuscation. First they herd you into this python (or any- they're all rigged) programming language "because google uses it" (no they don't... they want YOU to use it, to mislead u; they use the real non-obfuscated non-sabotaged secret languages). Then they try to trick you into using this python thing called "struct" to deal with bytes. It's a trick, it's designed to not work! The powers that be don't want you messing around with bytes, that won't benefit the power differential of their bit tyranny. Then they use all the nwo controlled "stack overflow" exceptionally obfuscated misleading answers (hmm, why is it on the top of google, to mislead you. they want you as a dumbed down slave, not learning/creative/questioning/outside their box), and that's to the questions that they don't ban (for "duplicate posts" and other fake excuses, ie, they ban the good/useful questions). So the new world order knows that only a very select few will make it this far past all their barbed wire and land mines. Then they do things like randomly switch between big and little endian. Even the guy who studied it enough to write that webpage (wow, he's allowed to have a webpage, I'm not so far, I don't have mark of the beast paypal to pay the elites for one) said "Who knows how it really all works.", yeah, I bet every wav file has METAdata with naked pics of you taken through your smoke detector that the government requires you to have, or w hidden cams in your monitor/phone/tv, and include that in the INFO metadata of your wav file, obfuscated so only they can read it! Yeah, every month a renter loses a ton of money, a landlord makes that same amount... times the # of renters. And since they make so much money in a system of growing wealth distribution by design, they can therefore buy even more extended phenotype body shells to rent out to slaves. All caused by government making it illegal to live free/homestead, so no way to avoid being sucked on, just like no way to avoid paying car insurance, and it makes no difference if you've never been in an accident, and of course you have to rebuy that every month, even though it's not a service or product, it's simply a bunch of paper they send you, so you must vote with your dollars to kill trees.
