Heya everyone, I know this could be understood as an old topic, but I consider the NTS sessions as the best listening opportunity from last year. It changed my view on music so intensively that I cannot listen any other music like before. I had to buy it and no one im my neighbourhood is willing to listen to it, haha.. so I´m confused if they are musically weak or I´m switched. :) |

Was NTS one of your first exposures to Autechre? I went through a stage when I discovered them, when I didn't listen to much else, and tried to make everyone enjoy it as much as me. :-) |

I dont know whut sound system you have at home.. but I have invested into handmade semi hi-end cables and room accoustix and the sound is just huuuge. NORTH SPIRAL FOR PRESIDENT!! ;) Within Afx music you can slightly guess the instrument / synth / drummachine and effects used by track... BUT at Autechre you are lost from fist second and just dont know whuts going on and all you have is wonder and excitement on yur phace. :) |
