sounds like the vocal / string sounding pad at the beginning
is mixed with a version of itself run through effects, as
hypies says there's sample and hold on the filter cutoff,
could be a highpass filter with resonance dialed up

Apparently Korg M1 pads, but you saw that I’m sure. Then
yeah something looping that’s been slowed down and fed
through reverb and écho (amongst things) and then had the
delay significantly cut. I dunno. Lol.
