I was listening to Bummy every hear since I found Sphex
Ywin as a schoolboy. Planet Mu was rare to me. I found a
drum sample and tuned some synth pads. Not as Mt Saint
Michely but terrible none the less. Volume might be a little
severely loud.

Eyewinker

That's pleasant. Best effect imo was subtle drum speed
slowdown at some spots reminding me of an aphex drum track,
forget which, either on come 2 daddy or maybe girl boy song.

Fank u!! I listened to the second break from the actual
original over and over and loved the Rhodes or whatever he
used and it’s what really inspired me to rework it. I
didn’t spend a lot of time narrowing down an all the
effects and fills but it was that second break where the
bass changes about 3/4 through the song that was my favorite
part to twiddle up some FM pads that would sound good
together. For some reason one of the pads reminds me HAB
after I threw it in. Been spending a lot of time lately in
DAWs and with MS20 mini trying to remake a few signature
Aphex pads and basses since since I’ve been so captivated
by his originality. I dunno how to ever use them but I’ll
keep getting close and learning more. Also just uploaded a
new track to the beats for sale album on that link.
Accidentally blew out the bass so now it sounds like that
trashy low bit overdriven woofer crap the kidz are throwing
onto memes for social media these days. It could work well
with dark vocals over the first part then brighter clarity
ridiculous nasty shit when the bass drops.

There! Off topic from the thread subject mostly but here’s
the final edit and best (without being the master hard copy)
version for free streaming of the Memphis rap beat I’d
been working on. Lemme know if it hits. Whoever buys it
I’m gonna adjust a few bass tones as part of the purchase
for email download.

its a nice beat, you're kinda on a hunt for young rappers
hungry for fame at that price but i like the way its
presented with the different mixing options, sounds ok on
your side if you find an enthusiast tit with a spare 20. it
stands the price if it was for the honesty on your side.

I’ve met recycle a few times weird crowd here very weird
we people are weird.

I wrote a rap for it to come in at 1:20 - 2:13 ish. The
syncopation and flow should be pretty easy to get. 1/16 with
32 hihats, one line of lyric per measure. I like to be irked
or tired and yawn deeply outward and clear and low and loud
wen I rap so it’s powerfil but chances are you’ll never
hear me be vocal with it that way.

Maybe I killed for the brick, or
Maybe you better get stoned
Only one bitch for my dick
I bang drone swangin on chrome
Tech up every major zone
I never kept my shit on the low
Shorty little ass real thick
That freaky little thang get blown
I never play no rap show
I really don’t tap it like that
I never really love to be lame
Pussy ass rap gettin whack
Head scope and silent for the lick
I took the devils dream last time
I control the beat but don’t call it heat til I
Mix it with my dirty ass rhyme
Mix it with some dirty ass lime
I gave my bitch a detention
Eat her ass up while she suck on my dick
Whisper super sweet switch position
Now your ass better think fast
Fully loaded mag, neon glower
Rover with the bands whippin quick
Bass that slap a little slower
Dumping out chunks on the street
Iced out on my big tip
Now I’m whippin in my kitchen
I love when my chick give me lip
Some other shit got me crazy
I always really sift through the weight
I’m from the mother fuckin sat
Green really comin thru on the plate

Posted a new track again. You’ll like the fm synth that
href="https://envirosignal.bandcamp.com/album/beats-for-sal
comes in at 1:57 ZONED A little
better mastered on some Bose II I got for twenty bucks. By
the way anyone good at fixing vintage drum machines? I got
an oberheim DMX for same price at a pawn shop here but it
doesn’t power on and think it may just be a fuse but when
I found out it was probably good for a collector to restore
I stopped messing with it so i wouldn’t f it up more.
