real talk it always was a scene more then a genre with common attributes,,,lots of stuff comming out now could b called idm if it was connected 2 the anchors of that scene (labels and smaller communitys) but they mostly either detatched from it or dissolved completely |

That album's been growing on me, it's great for hot weather listening with a big mug of something cold. This whole styles being in and out idea is a nonsense now. Anyone can do anything in any genre and if it's good it will find an audience. |

i just went to fuckparade some weeks ago. 4,5 wagons going through the city and lots of people following. djs were playing vsnares and other good stuff and noise and gabber and dnb. my hopes went up. i remember going to places like zentrale randlage in Berlin in the noughies listening to live break core acts and having a blast. all that vanished from berlin |
