My parents on saturday and sunday morning:

'If you can go out late,you can also get up early'

Please give me your opinion.

the thing doesn't make sense to me...
if it does,can anyone explain it?

What she means that if you are able to inconveinience your
sleep pattern by staying up late, you can do the same by
getting up early. It works fine in motherspeek, but in
practice the philosophy is flawed.
