Loved his travel shows. Especially the one in south korea
with kimchi. Rest in peace. His motto was something like I
write I eat I travel and I'm hungry for more.

He always pops up in my mind whenever I am chopping
(hamfistedly) garlic because he famously was against garlic
presses. I remember other things he said, in the same way
that there's no other "TV Chef" I would ever fucking
remember a word they uttered, and... it's not great that it
appears he killed himself. Unless he found out he had
something terminal, it's ... not great that circumstances
and/or depression overwhelmed him. He was cool.

Yes, let’s chat about the various (of not endless)
possibilities that could lead a person to suicide.

Frrreeeeeeeqy!

Hyyyyyyperflaaaaake!

Maybe it was his divorce in 2016, or maybe he did something
so shameful that he couldn’t live with himself. Maybe it
was made to look like suicide, but he was actually murdered
by the “elite” because he knew too much. Was he hiding
an addiction? Maybe a sordid addiction like vacuum videos?
Was he broke? Or like lol said: maybe he had Ebola. Either
way it’s sure to be quite (if not wholly) shocking, unless
it’s banal depression.

We cant speculate until we know the full facts of the case,
his mental state and the circumstances surrounding his
death.

That said he was strangle wanking himself over a picture of
Gordon Ramsey spreading his buttered arse cheeks and
inserting a red hot parsnip into his anus, when he slipped
on his own foaming issue and lost consciousness

I think a certain amount of people snuff it every year cos
they don't cut the poison glands out correctly, so bit of a
dodgy one to try but sure you would have been alright
everything in life is a calculated risk I guess

I'm not suggesting we speculate about what may have caused
him to kill himself, if indeed that's what happened. I am
sad he died because I liked his public persona and he seemed
like one of the good guys, and I am sadder that it
appears he took his own life.

on the American version of his program his mannerisms go
into over drive, hand gestures, bouncing on his heels, arms
flailing, eyebrows up and down like a yo-yo

Oh course it’s a show, so it’s exagerated, but I love
it. I like how he handles things, and I love seeing the
families he comes across. It’s really a show I enjoy, and
I think I must have seen most of the episodes. I’ve
honestly not yet found him to be overly harsh, it’s
usually common sense.

yeah I enjoy them too, he is right when he seems a fridge
full of mouldy ingredients, and he can tell when someone is
going through the motions

its just the difference between what the American producers
have asked him to do, and the English show is noticeable
