the followup to their debut is out only 17 years
later. and it's fucking ace. ben jacobs' fingerprints are
all over it too which is definitely a good thing, can't beat
max tundra for bonkers pop magic. anyone heard
this?

it as a career highlight. i've always loved them though, got
all the singles from their earlier days

bump cos this really shouldn't be overlooked, if they're too
pop for you (pfft, i fart in your general direction) then
console yrself with the last track, a captain beefheart
cover no less. the whole album is just joyful

You and I alone is great. I’m not a fan of the vocals on
the new one, but them having a go at Ed Sheeran
is quite funny. Will listen to the album later.

hah i'd never even thought of it being aimed at ed sheeran,
seems obvious now. they aren't above a diss track, I always
remember that line from "ooh stick you", "you got the iq of
a digeridoo", always thought that was funny as fuck

Ha ha! Nice Kittel reference to Twin Peaks in Me and You
Alone. (Leeland Palmer in the dark)

Little, LITTLE, not Kittel, what ever the fuck that is,
