I was back on bread for a few weeks.

bread is so addictive, the smell, texture ,taste, how it
makes you feel full.

you can dip it and fill it with ingredients.

its draws you to it at the supermarket. it looks nice too.

and its reasonably cheap and you don’t have to cook it at
home, as its pre cooked.

flip in hek ... I’m writing an advert.

but you can also toast it and grill it ....and throw it
too ducks ...but the ducks get sick there are signs to say
don’t do it...and so do humans very gradually over
time...as the lack on nutrients and the expansion in the
stomach leaving less room for other good nutrient dense
food.

(brown) rice as an alternative is a far better choice for
health.

so instead of sandwich filling in bread , having the filling
in a bowl with a rice is a good idea.

Not too much rice though...portion size is important as with
all things.

allot of people eat bread. but the only warnings we see are
at the duck pond, and ducks cant read. a little cracker gag
for you there...also crackers are pretty bad too dont you
know ..just like bread....i digress lol : p

yeah giving ducks bread makes them swell and explode
apparently, I'm sure a few years ago we were talking about
giving them peas

I live by a lake, Tonnes of aquatic birds, and can
categorically say that this isn’t true.

Just live a little. All this comes down to is a fear of
dying. So now even a staple diet of mankind is actually
eeeeeeevil.

I don’t care much about bread but do enjoy it from time to
time.

I choose bread; I choose gluten; I choose weed; I choose
alcohol; gimme the killers! On the other hand, I don’t eat
much processed food, nor fast food.

I ate too much Dusty. I need to cut down at least.

In the other thread i link that bread did not mean bread in
the old days it meant nutrient dense food

" give us this day our daily bread." a popular phrase

Then someone thinks "hey lets make a complex product that
requires lots of processing and energy and call it bread."

Someone did. : /

Milk definition from the bible

"The white juice of certain plants".
" Emulsion made by bruising seeds"

" A white fluid or liquor, secreted by certain glands in
female animals, and drawn from the breasts for the
nourishment of their young."

it means both plants and animals

Christianity is not supported by the EU. Another example of
our values being eroded.

in actual fact, milk from cows is not really meant for
humans, hence so many people are sick.

milk for humans is Mothers (human) milk and from plants and
seeds

The EU is wrong.

It's true that milk is racist because many people of African
descent are lactose intolerant.
