My neighbours

That flat across from mine has been nothing but trouble.
It’s right opposite my front door, and the corridor is
very narrow. I won’t go into the details of each tenant
who’s been there since I’ve lived here, but here’s a
hint: disturbed people, drugs, fights, cops... I’ve seen a
lot.

Tonight is the second time my blood really chills in my time
here. The new guy, and his girlfriend, I could see we’re
going to be problematic straight away. They smoke coke all
day basically it seems, and fight. Once I heard more than
shouting and had to intervene. All night she was then
screaming until morning that her boyfriend smelt “of
arse”. Lovely. Then a patch of calm, and then now.
Throughout the night I could hear that there were a few
people there and sometimes arguing. Then about an hour ago I
heard lots of noise, and this woman repeating “por favor,
por favor” being what seemed to be forced out of the
apartment. Suddenly it felt as if there were a lot of
people, and a lot of people trying to get her out, with
force, as she was screaming and repeating her por favors. I
heard a guy say “watch it she’s still holding the
knife”, followed by a guy speaking into a radio. I was
somewhat reassured, as I was going to call the
police. Except I heard him say “there’s a deceased”.
It got really loud and I heard someone say “we’ll put
her on the stretcher”. Realised what was going on and
looked out the window: 3 police cars and an ambulance.
Fuuuuuck.

I don’t quite know what happened. No way was I opening my
door just to be nosy now I knew the situation was handled.
Also I’d have been right in the middle of it as we’re at
the end of the corridor. Either someone died of an OD, which
I doubt, or there was a murder. Maybe both. I can’t sleep.

Crazy. I just have some bitches smoking in the housefloor in
front of my door and the smoke gets in my apartment and
I’m pissed. I told them, they said they’ll stop, but
today they did it again. They are too fucking lazy to walk
down the stairs for their stupid cig

I want to slap them

3 cop cars have left, as has the ambulance (wasn’t in a
rush). There’s two civilian cop cars left (only noticed
they’re police as I saw a cop go to one).

I love it though. If this was any other country, they’d be
making a right noise at the minute. But it’s as if
they’re thinking “ssshhhh....let’s not wake the
neighbours up”. Right.

Yes, you tell (and slap) those bitchez!

Not sure I understand how the smoke gets in. Under the door?
Put a sign up, or talk to the landlords.

I can really empathise with you on this, I used to live in a
flat that was opposite a woman who was a coke head and had a
violent jailbird boyfriend who broke in once at night and
beat the shit out of her. It was just a nightmare, sometimes
she would come back drunk and on drugs at 3 in the morning
and scream and shout incoherently at the front door

so the neighbour was released this morning, and came
knocking to apologise for the noise. “The noise?”, I
wanted to understand what the hell happened.

Basically they had friends over and took coke and
amphetamines during a two day binge. I gather they smoke it
all. Things got heated between a woman and a man, who left
because he was so pissed off. He later returned, went to the
woman and started to slit her throat. Apparently then the
knife was left in, and they called the police and ambulance.

If things weren’t worrying enough as it is, he was sort of
smiling while telling me about it. Not evil, just
excitement.

Sometimes I’ll write here about something that has
happened to me, and think to myself “they must think I’m
a right liar!”0

Tell these people about the simple joys of reading comics
and listening to electronic music.

with pure cocaine and smash all the pots and pans around in
your kitchen whilst grunting like a buffalo in distress

Hehe! They actually seem to respect me. I forget I’m
getting old though. They’re always very polite.

But yeah next fight I hear I will tell them that I’ll have
to have a chat with the person letting them the flat, who I
know quite well.

Yeah Marlowe I live in Switzerland atm. Apparent land of the
clean and wealthy! There’s a huge drug problem here, and
violence is on the up each year.

Lol!

I have that natural “don’t fuck with me” look.

Joke aside, I heard shouting last night again... I really
should call the guy subletting. I’m too old for this shit.

but is she's still alive, right?

i heard there's a lot of fire arms in Suisse, so I'm not
surprised tbh

After compulsory military service, the Swiss citizen can
then take his rifle home. The law has changed but there’s
a lot of guns out there.

Gangs and drugs usually bring up knife crime, while the guns
are squally used in family dramas. (Man shoots wife, then
himself type of thing)

fighting neighbours is shitty since you can't really do
something (well in this case you could, but you had to wait
till someone got stabbed :-/

These kids are getting very high, smoking what is probably
ultra cut cocaine, and “amphetamines” for days straight
without sleeping. So yeah when it’s not thencouple
fighting it’s their friends. I intervened once but this
time I’m glad it was the cops and ambulance.

well the landlord is gonna know what happened regardless of
the chat you want to have with him regarding the screams,
and take action for it?

Nah, because he’s not the owner, and is only renting the
place. So yeah not a landlord really, my bad.
