Onnne Hundred and Eighty!

Minus one hundred equals eighty.

Which is how old he was when he died today.

I love Bullseye. Bowen is incredibly charmless, patronising
and unlikable, but the world's a dimmer place without him. I
remember reading this (Old comics never die...) and am shocked it's
from over 10 years ago, but I've always been haunted by what
he says at the end of his interview. I can sort of picture
it... although this bit's still hilarious;

"Bullseye eventually came to an end, as all good things
must. Bowen swallowed his pride and promptly took the show
on to the QE2 ("and I'm talking the great QE2 years, not the
rubbish ones") and other cruise ships too, seeing the world
and maintaining his wealth. He was also a talk-show host on
local Lancashire radio until, in 2002, he called somebody a
"nig nog" on air, and promptly lost his job.
"

He would say that wouldn't he, he is one of those people who
say, I'm not racists but...

I be a racists". or "its ok to say paki just like they say
brits" completely missing the context
