Well he isn't wrong, but what I worry about him is that he
gives an intellectual foothold for the ultra right wing in
America, When he brings up someone as Despicable as and Rand
to make a point, its when I don't take him so seriously.
Having said that he is obviously right about the intention
of a lot of left leaning people

What I don't like is when one line of thinking like this guy
becomes super prominent he seems to be everywhere at the
moment, I know ive shared some of his videos before. I think
he is generally right but I think there is some sort of deep
cynicism at work there as well that I don't share, I think
some people really do want to see a more equitable world for
everyone and it isn't tied to their internal view of
themselves

like the comments section of youtube video, basically all
likes praising him to high heaven like he has an
unimpeachable intellect, its just one guy

i also think he misses the soulful point of that feeling
inside when you want to help people, that force in your
heart. because it is the right thing. its just you need to
think logically before saving someone from drowning. if not
for a seconds.

he does side with the spiteful concept and paints so many
people with that brush

What if he is using a mask of virtue?

ive definitely had episodes in my life when I felt like he
does that people are so self centre than nothing originates
from true altruism but I don't believe that now, I think a
lot of what he mentions originates from guilt perhaps more
than concern for self image, middle class guilt

I think most people are innately good, but also a lot of
idiots at the same time

I dunno I don't have the answers, I sense some truth in what
he is saying, but not to the same extent

he presents things as too simple a binary choice, people are
too complex to describe in such terms

hyperflake vs peterson debate

would you be up for it?

like if i offered you 10 thousand grands, set up a flashy
studio, got a yt channel and two colourful chairs.. he might
say he cant do it tho.

i wonder why ruben has a different chair? it spins around
and its higher too. thats kinda annoying when presenters do
that. and they are 4 inches higher.

I don't think id feel as self confident in what I was saying
as he is so it wouldn't work. He is very self assured in
what he is saying is totally correct

but as you say he is very confident

so i may have to control him.....i haven't quite got the
image right yet
it will be a stand up side by side debate with clip on tie
microphones

here is a very short clip , just working on the voice and
stage back drop.
