If I had to make an educated guess, I think they could
possibly be self replicating von Neumann probes that are
observing us, machine entities. Really though god knows what
they are

Yeah. Are you familiar with Jacques Vallée, and his
work/theories?

You know who would want to spread UFO propaganda? A foreign
nation intending to attack who can use it as cover.

Drussell, was it not grit on the lens?

~Or, Mr sprinkles, are they now gonna break it to us, that
the world is run by aliens?

will make allot of sense of so much stuff.

I love how you hold the craziest conspiracies, yet think
those two pilots where talking about a piece of grit that
was “rotating”.

Or maybe you were taking the piss. Because you think that if
I laugh at some of the things you say, it must think I’m
against any thinking that’s out of the ordinary. Too easy.

"grit" is a joke off red dwarf Mr dust. you really most no
take everything so serious.

What I find striking is that so many people do indeed
have
UFO experiences. What these experiences mean I
don't know and can't know. Are they 'hallucinatory'
psychological manifestations of unconscious ideas of some
sort? Are they sightings of physical objects? Are they
something else? ...... But there's obviously something
going on
which is relevant on some level, cause
the experiences are there. ..... We can logically imagine a
world in which people have no UFO experiences, no
ghost-experiences, etc, etc ... but obviously we do
not live in such a world. So, whatever these
experiences point to, whether they point only to
psychological realities or to features of the objective
external world, they seem to be somehow important (or the
experiences wouldn't occur).

Very true!

I’m sorry, I do rate RD (lol) but haven’t seen that many
episodes. It’s a pretty obscure reference to make.

I mentioned conspiracies, because our discussion on them
isn’t helped our relationship. I merely thought maybe it
was a way of saying: “you of all people believe in this?
Don’t you think it’s just a speck of something?

No smalls.

Read about Jacques Vallée my friend. He talks of possibly
holes in dimensions. I’ve lived a lot of things I cannot
explain. One of them was a sighting.

The Jacques Vallée guy seems interesting..

Would you care to give a brief a description of your
sighting? I'd totally understand, though, if you wouldn't
want to share it publicly

anyone know where to find that morphing metallic blob one,
as filmed by US military - same as new one - that was
actually loads more convincing?

if Nick Pope's a crank he's definitely an interesting one
loads of eyewitness reports have an element of playfulness
to them, like the phenomenon is having a giggle... that one,
less so..

He is quite guarded about getting to excited about unknowns
which I like, which makes him seem more credible

He has a point about the MOD generating 60,000 documents on
the subject, if it wasn't of interest they wouldn't exist

offline steve mcqueen from caerdydd (United Kingdom) on 2017-12-29 00:31 [#02541018]
Points: 6148 Status: Addict

i reckon the MOD probably make a lot of documents on a lot
of stuff, 'UNIDENTIFIED flying object'... it could be like a
plane on a wrong flight path or something, depends on the
definition. More realistically, people actually misidentify
the moon for a flying saucer! It's the pilot reports that
get me.... plus that vid that i can't fucking find.
