Tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday on BBC2, 10 o’clock.
Some of you were too young I guess, but I’m a huge fan. Really looking forward to it.

Inside number 9 had some great episodes, and some less so. 12 days of Christine is one of my favourite things they’ve ever done.
All in all I preferred Psychoville.

I guess the Christmas special was my favourite episode, one I’ve watched 3 times. Didn’t know it was the Christmas special.
It definitely wasn’t funny.

The No. 9 Christmas Special was ACE until they broke the fourth wall, I thought they were doing so well with the 80s style spooky TV drama. Mind you, they fucked up their own film pulling that shit.
Last night we watched the league's own Christmas Special, and that's 100% ace.

Enjoyed that.
As the jobseekers sketch was starting I started to fear it might not be that good after all, but the little twist reassured me.
I thought I wouldn’t laugh at the veterinarian bit as it seemed so obvious, but I did.

What do you mean?
And yes I agree the attempt to break the fourth wall in the movie was a good idea, but the film was average at best.

Well, in the #9 maybe they don't break the 4th wall, it starts of as an 80s-style spooky drama, they do it really well, it looks like it could be an old episode of Sapphire & Steel or something, it has a really authentic looking quality. But then it becomes about making the programme, so we see the director getting the actors to repeat a line or somesuch. I was disappointed because until then it was really really good, I'd rather they'd not gone "meta". But then that is what makes #9 special.
I bet if I watch it again it'll be a lot better as I am prepared for the switch.

Still perplexed by Steve’s comment.

last two episodes of Inside No. 9 were the best stuff I've seen on telly in YEARS
they're showing how good they are without the dark endings, really brilliant...
i predict a few brutal ones now tho
