Because you had ten jack daniels and coke before the beer?

Maybe the bubbles. Also maybe you're gluten intolerant?

He’d know by now.

The bubbles? I guess he’d also know by now...

I think there’s a possibility, even if slight, that’s
our dear Umbro is exaggerating.

All in all if you want to get pissed, umbroman, drink a
cheap beer? Works out quite well, and many people would envy
you.

Ok to join Marlowe, has this always been the case with beer?
If so how old are you, or how long has this been going on?

Beer has often had the same effect on me, which confused me
also - can down the vodkas like nobody's business, but on
occasion I've felt right dizzy and weird after having a
bottle of beer. Didn't last long.

I’ve got the worried for umbrolad now. I hope he’s ok.

I’m trying not to imagine him fighting for life in an
ocean of beer.

Maybe it’s a certain enzyme you guys have a problem with.

gluten intolerance is common, although most people who are
intolerant don't realise it or dismiss it - a bit like
lactose intolerance: our bodies aren't really engineered for
glutinous food or dairy products.

It touches roughly one per cent of the population; and it's
trendy.

I’m not saying people should eat bread or pasta if it
makes them unwell, but for 30 000 years humans have been
eating bread and not complaining.

Of course if bread made me feel unwell I’d avoid it. If I
saw a pattern I’d get checked out.

ive been telling to this to people for years and people
think im crazy

i can smash a considerable amount of vodka and feel kind of
drunk, but if i drink a whole lot of beer, especially beer
on tap when im at a bar, even though its less alcohol, for
some reason it just really smacks me across the face

im, really interested in this topic and have been for years.
dont listen to people who disagree with you, they dont get
it, i think this only happens to certain people. id love to
get to the bottom of it, for science and stuff

two cans of fanta and I’m wasted.

What is the complaint! If there really is one, then stop
it!

It’s like someone gluten intolerant complaining when they
eat bread.

I’d guess anything that makes you drunk quicker isn’t
necessarily a bad thing.

offline RussellDust on 2017-12-10 12:38 [#02539610]

By stopping, I mean stop drinking or eating whatever it is
you have complaints about.
