if you have supper what do you have?

i'm partial to some cheese and crackers, perhaps with a pork
pie or similar if there's one about. sometimes i have a bowl
of cereal.

I find eating a hassle. I understand the necessity, and
pleasure that can result from eating, and when I’m really
hungry I do appreciate the fulfilment and pleasure you get
from eating something you like.

I suffer from chronic nausea, so I cherish these moments;
but more often than not I find it to be a hassle necessary
to stay “alive”.

On the diet front, I could never understand my compassion
for animals and why I ate meat, so I stopped. Reading ‘a
vindication on natural diet’ made me realise that not only
the bloke was ahead of his time, but that stopping meat was
going to be akin to when I kicked heroin. I miss the taste,
I’m genetically a carnivore, but I’m proud to have
kicked the addiction.

how do you get your protein?

Mushrooms, rice, quinoa, veg, nuts... actually I’m not
going to make an exhaustive list because to think you
can’t be healthy unless you eat meat is down to pure
lobbying from the meat industry.

Often vegetarians like iron, but my recent blood test showed
that I’m not missing anything, not even iron.

The only difference I’ve seen since I've stopped eating
meat is that I sweat less, no BO, and my shits don’t smell
like with meat.

I’m not more tired, I haven’t lost weight. It’s
perfectly manageable. Pure vegans on the other hand don’t
often look healthy. Grey skin tone, bad hair etc..

I eat eggs once in a while. And eat fish.

Now I simply kill animals for the sake of it. What was the
name of that American fuckwit musician who once shot at a
heard of gazelles (I think) from a helicopter with a machine
gun? Fuck me, that prick.

because i'm eating loads of bread and chesse. what can i eat
instead of bread and cheese that will make me feel full and
good?

the way you will full is made out by yourself, the stomach
adapts to the quantity of food you teach it to take during
time.

a can of beans and a sandwitch with salami (70gr of bread,
50 of salami), standard for me once a week

other times i eat just a sandwitch and a fruit: saturday and
sunday for lunch. those are the most bastard days to do not
eat, since i dont work so i have more temptations. anyways i
fill them with the aforementioned slices of light cheese
plus roasted chicken made of slices or chicken sausage. in
christian amounts.

sandwitches but filled to death. i forgot to say that both
of my weekend sanwitches have a boiled egg in it! mmm

Put a bit of olive and a slab of butter in the pan (you get
the wonderfully rounded and comfy taste of the butter, and
with the oil it won’t burn). Throw garlic and a little
onion in there (chopped), stir and after a few Minutes add a
few slices of courgettes, when they’re getting close to
done you can add some mushrooms. I reccomend adding a little
vegetable stock. Finally whisk some eggs, chop half a tomato
in medium bits and add to the veg, cook another few minutes
so the tomato lends its juice, and add the eggs. Cook as if
you were making a plain omelette, and voilà!

You can do it with whatever veg you have or like really.

I know the idea of tomatoes is weird, but trust me it’s
worth a try!

good for you and your odour.
