Have a sense of humour, make sure you get good sleep and get
out of the house when you can

Angst. Teenage poetry. Emo. That’s what this thread makes
me think of! (lol)

Once you’ve worked out what being a decent human being
means to you, which you may already have, try and abide by
that, and be true to yourself. Don’t let society bring you
down. You can work on a personal belief structure that makes
you happy. I dunno man, make tracks, listen to music
you’re new to, eat well, try and see the good in people,
because everyone feels alone in some way or another.
That’s a lot of us trying to cope! Try and connect with
these people. Make art, watch movies; and most importantly,
for a healthy lifestyle: post on Xltronic!

any movies and tv and survive

does a duo with Helium Musk.

actually its very small inconsequential stuff that keeps me
sane i reckon, like doing the quick crossword everyday,
reading magazine articles if i have something to onder, they
i dont ruminate on dark thoughts like the future of humanity

offline RussellDust on 2017-10-04 19:58 [#02533106]
Points: 15924 Status: Regular

You imply the future of humanity is dark?

I mean yeah it’s not unwise to see the future as bleak,
but who knows?

Jesus will come in our lifetime, after the apocalypse. He
will instil world peace within seconds, our morals alone
will be the law, no more cops, criminals, wars, rapists,
capitalism, lies, religions, governments, only love and care
and fun, no more tears. The gazelle will drink with the
lions, and Aphex Twin will rejoice with his fans in a neat
little garden area, with a pond.

But that will all be a projection too, because this rock,
host to our own virtual reality, will be struck by an
asteroid that will hit us with such force it will wipe out
all life on earth.

its one possible future, i suppose the likelihood of
humanity not snuffing itself out with nuclear weapons, we
have only had them less than 100 years and as time passes
surely nuclear proliferation mixed with some sort of nutter
will mean they get used at some point, perhaps not in our
lifetime.

There’s an apocalypse scale. I’ll try and find it.

Yah, man. We all just gotta find ourselves and do what
needs to be done. That's basically it.

Allow the love inside you to shine more brilliantly than the
sun.

i dont think this world is that insane. the way you see that
depends mainly from you, twisting reality could depend from
the fact that the wrongdoing you were subjected to happened
to an age where you could defend yourself from it or not. i
suppose. and more you suffered, the more you will have to
work it out in adulthood.

implications of 58 foods, read it briefly this afternoon, it
says that broccoli contain sulforaphane, an active substance
that inhibits the stem cells of cancer

broccoli as from now to april its their season, the book
says that a study conducted by an american institute says
that eating rich in cauliflower brings to a reduction of 49%
of chances to get sick.

Explain that to certain bacteria, and viruses, who
couldn’t give a shit what you eat.

Also I’d love to see you explain some poor, chronically
ill person with a genetic disorder (for example) that they
should have eaten better.

- I’m sorry, it’s a very rare, uncurable form of cancer.
You should have been more careful with what you eat.

- But I don’t eat animal products, only organic fruit and
veg, in fact I’m quite a heath freak, and very much into
nutrition. I eat various seaweeds, nuts, and have always had
regular blood tests to see if I was lacking in anything. My
immune system has always been great.

- We’ll, you should have tried harder.

- But...

- Look, it’s your fault, ok?

of course that doesnt apply to people with genetic disorders

(even if a healthy nutrition never hurt anyone i think, even
if you have diseases apparently disconnected to what you
eat, food may not help you in the cure of the disease but it
does help you in maintaining a phisical and mental balance
to deal with the daily tasks)
