check these guys out..

They do not use magic or trick cards, they are standard.

Richard turner

Blind magician ...has developed his sense of touch.

just a teaser of what he can do...

Brian Gillis, again full control of the cards.

Also check the trick that follows at 12.05, you can see how
he does it second time around. so slick. LAZY_TITLE

I wonder what my hearing is like compare to the average
person, as I listen to hours of music every day for 20 odd
years, surely I must be a bit more observational than most

no but I did look into it once years ago, I thought id stick
to supercollider

well i read you can convert Pd patches to make android
apps.

cant do that in max.

but you can convert max to pd. so i suppose there is a long
whinded conversion process.

yes I imagine it wouldn't be that difficult, I have no idea
how pure data aworks but I read its a derivative of C so
cant be that different than Java just new sytax

yes, android is great because its open source, Its just so
in flux when I was using it they were updating the classes
and methods too frequently, bit hap hazard, don't know what
its like now, btw going to be doing some supercollider
patches this year, now I fixed me pc

pure data is just like max...its the free version.

unless you mean how it works in the background.

i think i saw this on youtube ...you just link the gui of
this to the gui of PD.

so its just making the buttons / interface of the app,,,and
links to the pd patch.

yes it would be interesting to see if you can get pure data
thing up and running just to show its viable,

someone really needs to combine a computer running something
like supercollider and an analogue synthesizer, but make it
really robust, something that can do real time audio
processing

offline Hyperflake from Wirral (United Kingdom) on 2017-08-03 15:23 [#02526964]

I suppose some syths have audio modelling and stuff like
that but its limited at the moment, I'm thinking of
something that is intuitive like a lego kit

offline freqy on 2017-08-03 15:27 [#02526965]

something simple to test all the conversion stages.

open sound control an analogue synth?

yes or routing digital through analogue filters, combine the
two, or route the analogue sound through digital envelopes,

I know you can do this with more than one piece of equipment
but would be great to have something that is like a swiss
army knife of sound
