good: apples, royal jelly, tasty pork, tasty fish,
vegetables, some wholegrain bread and fruit

bad: fast food, corn, soya beans, processed meat, too much
white bread (makes you well fat) sugar, energy drinks,
doritos, cheetos, muffins, hot dogs, oranges which are too
orange, mcdonalds mayonnaise (cum)

strawberries (strawbs) and cheese are really good too

do not burn toast

I hate apples. Anywhere I work there's always, always
some cunt within earshot that's relishing in taking 20
minutes to crunch their way through a free office apple.
I've got acute misophonia, along with a generally low
opinion of other people, so woe betied you, bastards.
"Ohh we don't know what happened, one day he just came in
and butchered everyone - maybe he was triggered by UK
foreign policy????"

two things i want to clear up

bread. i eat 1 or 2 doughs on alternate days, they weight 70
grams each

sugar. 4 teaspoons a day for my coffee, that's it for
refined sugar, the rest is all sugar i acquire from fruit or
juices, even if fanatics say everything becomes sugar like
pasta and shit, boring

im not satisfied by brown sugar, my coffee is also my
dessert, i want it to taste right and not of like dried
fruit or something.

i have quit dried figs but you should really try eating some
and drinking one espresso, you recreate the taste of
liquorice in your mouth

ill tell you that, i know whole wheat pasta probably keeps
me thinner, have more nutrients, will keep on buying it etc.
but also unable to match normal pasta, innit. it doesnt have
any sense in traditional italian cooking, mum never gave me
that shit once.

I can't go to the cinema unless I am pretty sure I'll be the
only one in there. I can't bear that 360° surround sound
effect of people eating. I once likened a cinema experience
to like being in Apocalypse Now being strafed by snacks.
It's a horrible experience.

Unless you're black.

sound effects, i hate that bit i just want to relax

We all think of XLT as being a youth orientated web zone,
what with it being centred around... early 90s
phenomenon.... Aphex Twin....

Yes. Imagine being in your 40s and still actively
participating in online things!???!!? Only today I helped
someone make a website, as part of my job!??!?!?!? I guess
they were just humouring me?!?!??! Maybe I should quit the
scene and let some young blood take it over with an app, or
maybe something that combines tattoos, coffee, craft beer,
vinyl, and a pop up e-shop in east London? Maybe I should
just DIE?

I'm already dead, I am just treading water.

I think it's "the times". There's aught to look forward to,
to imagine, to envisage, that isn't hellish and pish. Any
optimistic view of the future now looks retro. We now have
to accept that we've not only plateaued but we're dipping
down again.

Grim, really. The jig's up.

rice

on the other side rice and beans depends how you cook them,
if you manage to make a creamy risotto with beans would be
super, otherwise just white rice with a can of beans thrown
in it is quite meh

actually made my own diet myself, by stealing ideas from
people here and there, ended up actually making almost a
woman diet, like i eat 4 times a week fish (tuna and
mackerel) and for a woman the ideal is 3, or 3 times a week
meat (burgers) and for a woman the ideal its 2 and so on.

like if you eat a burger with a small loaf of bread and
veggies, you have the bread and the veggies of vegetal
origin, and the meat
