The world is scary

I have problems dealing with my feelings. They control
everything and not me. It sucks to be human

Certainly not easy at times.

Think of the nice things. Set a few goals for some more good
times.

all i can offer to say is im trying to muddle through the
midfield of life with varying success, it is like a
battlefield of damaged people and lost emotions and dreams,
everyone around me must be unhappy in someway

"They control everything and not me"

You can control everything with your feelings? Can you do it
with objects?

Sorry they don't control you.

Yes it's scary, but it is kind of fun and intriguing. Also
fucking up emotionally doesn;t seem to get easier. You just
have to realise you are vulnerable like everyone else. Try
to understand your motivations. Your psychiatrists must have
told you sth to that effect. Easier said than done anyway,
roll with the punches as they say.

Are you still taking dxm Monoid?

maybe psychologists do? or some kind of psycho-analyst? It
seems an obvious conclusion.

psychologists yeah maybe, i think it depends, you can find
totally passive ones or propositive, most probably rational
ones

I'd prefer a rational one. Too positive could become
annoying or disingenuous. It's unrealistic?

my current analyst is a rational woman, she speaks emotions
from a distance
