thank you belb the arpeggiator change is just the same midi notes positioned differently along the track after the pause. its an unwanted but welcome change. will try that trick on purpose for future stuffs |

thanks w, i must say that doing simple stuff that gives you the impression of being complex is a hard thing to do, i dont have full control over this yet. but makes me wonder, all the 'simpler' stuff put out by aphex twin for example, for which the fans have been moaning about, including myself, the kind of process that bring you there, its like when your brain fills of paranoid thoughts and you just keep the frontal lobe straight and go beyond that steady. i think its what ghostface killah means for being focused while stoned, or something. |

Good ideas in this tune. Could use some pad work, and I think the drum samples are a little stock sounding. The reverb on the drum sounds pulls them too far back in the space and makes them lose relevance and tangibility. |

hello! first thing i eliminated reverb on the drums. also had a little work with tuning them, did with a bandpass filter. i had to dilute the initial bass notes because they were entirely mismatched with the track. i diluted them in the shit effect to ear, a preset called 'barking beat' on camel space. hence the name of the new version. apart these shit details, should be able to enjot the clarity. let me know! |
