the puss is old but this shit is so horrendous i dont know
where else to excrete my anal-mosity, but my god was that
show shit. it's such a complete wank-show from beginning to
end... ok, let me catch my breath: it's like this
show/season/failure whatever copied the worst parts of
spielberg, stephen king and john carpenter. first ones
first: THE SENTIMENTALITY. everyone's fucking crying,
feeling extranormous grief and sorrow all the fucking time.
NO, we dont want to see widontcha rider cry her fucking tits
out all the time. bitch. second of all that motherfucking
thing in that alternate universe thing... ok... he's kinda
scary, but where from you bitch? you can' come here acting
all bitch like that bitch!! you know? where from? you know..
and then, finally, theres this fact this show stinks because
it doesnt decide if it wants to be a kids "movie" (like
E.T.) or a horror movie like The Thing. instead it ends up
like something too scary for kids and too fucking retarded
for teenagers and adults...and the child actors: my fucking
god are they atrocious.. Eleven is the only redeeming
quality and thats because she has no facial expressions.
what happened in the bygone days of the 1990s when directors
actually cast decent child actors (like the city of lost
children?)

Fucking bullshit this: 2/10

Not watched it, but heard a lot of positive things from all
sorts of people.

I'll give it a go some day.

why? it's shit. it's a throwback to all things done and all
things known. i'm convinced there's not a single original
idea contained within these 8 episodes.

blah blah blah.. some people argue "it's meant to be all 80s
like man. it's nostalgia. this show captures the magic of
the 80s like no other show man". strip away the 80s "charm"
and all that's left is pure rehashing, alluding and nods to
a movie era best left forgotten.

who REALLY like E.T.?

this hipster shit captures everything bad about spielberg,
king and carpenter and stretches it out like a 10 feet
condom

Why? Because I'm curious about it, and heard nice things.

Yes I have a fondness for E.T. (Not the new version though,
ugh)

Btw why are you wasting your time making a thread about
something you don't like? It seems like you're actually
upset! 😃
