as i told you the cold has come to my place. Last night the
temperature has dropped further more, i woke up at 2 or 3 am
with my nose completely blocked, and the first phalanx of my
left index finger asleep. and still is.

perhaps you have reynards disease, is your finger partially
white?

i will be moving to another, warm place on saturday. i dont
want to ruin this event with the news of a nervous damage of
sort.

what is reynard disease?

i have a vague memory of some doctor telling me i have not a
optimal circulation and taking pills for it. it made the red
blood cells more slick.

no progress. it gives me the illusion its getting better
then it becomes anesthetized again. its my last night in
this manor, funnt shit is that they switched on heaters one
day before i go, but not in my room.

really you can feel the difference now between my room and
the rest of the house. its freezed. seriously think damage
was caused by late night cold.

the doctor said its an inflammation of the nerves, a
neuritis i got from the cold of that night, he said i had a
cervical contraction from the cold that made me this. he
said the nerves that arrive at the fingertip are so small it
will take some time to heal. i will have to do massages with
Arnica gel and taking aspirine for a week to make the blood
slicker.

get a couple of hot water bottles. life is so much better

put them under your feet whilst on the computer ...inside
your coat.

if you have any sheets or quilts ( charity shop get some
second hand ones or off ebay) and put the sheets quilts up
against your window. stop the heat leaving your room or
even bubble wrap, triple glazing.

i meant for the cold. to maybe help you whilst your unwell.

i put a hot water bottle under my feet and one in my coat. I
cant get cold then.

You can put sheets and blankets or even bubble wrap up
against your windows to stop heat escaping really helps
too.

i also wear loads of layers in the house during winter.
saves on heating bill.

Hope you get better soon.
