hey my mint tea was peppermint : P and i have a hotty bot under my feet right now.
haha : )
i'd filter tap water with at least a carbon filter...
i use a machine thing .. mad ay.
cost me 120 squids..... i had to go out to sea and fish for them...i placed them in a nice container and fed them to keep them happy and played them mozart.then when i got the machine from the seller, I stole them back and took them back out to sea like in star trek 5 voyage home.

your using a fish tank filter?
are you worried about a calcified pineal gland?
hey my brother has a calcified prostate, not joking by the way, perhaps its related to his heavy consumption of tap water

all these little things add up to a few more weeks of health maybe?
except for people who go to the shops, inspired to buy healthy foods but get run over on the way...they should have stayed home and ate biscuits.......maybe.

I dabble in herbal infusions as well. Having a viennese coffee at the mo.
I don't eat dead animals (only live ones), but I'm not the healthiest of humans when it comes to exercise. Good job I have dogs, and walk to the shops.

avoid processed sugars and fats.
the human body has not evolved to understand this shi*t.
people are dying all around us , evolution is wiping people out from packaged and processed foods. kids dying of heart attacks and Cancer before they can reproduce. Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes. The dead rising from the grave! Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... Mass Hysteria!

i used to be the same. clubs wagon wheels , jaffa cakes toffee crisp
anything...in the shop ,jesus christ. for years..how am i alive?
but now as a plant based diet eater, i can not eat this stuff anyway!! its awesome.
if one can not eat eggs, milk or meat like me, ....80 percent of the shop is no longer available and ...that 80 percent is thank god the unhealthy stuff anyway.
for example 99 percent of the chocolate section is no longer available
i have to eat SUPERBITES ( note the caps lock...that's how its printed on the pack) and Naked nibbles and raw bars : ) yummzie. :P..

" my mum gave me a toffee crisp today when i went round and i
felt guilt after our conversation"
now you say "I cant really eat them they are too sweet for me,"
even though you would not eat a toffee crisp anyway, you claim I made you feel guilty and terrible.
You then used the backbone of our lovely local shop keeper Mr. Amjed and called me a bloody hippy through him.
" here comes that bloody hippy again !"
