Hi fleety, how does bandcamp choose what to promote? Is it a case of the more successful you are the more successful you get? I get random plays like twice a month so someone must be seeing my music somewhere or maybe it's a bot. Anyway I bought 120+ releases from the label Business Casual for like £6 yesterday. Seems p good so far if a bit too ironic. |

I think if you're browsing by tags or genre the only sort options are best sellers and release order. Probably for front page "promotions" cocks are sucked and so. Business Casual eh? Any favourite releases? I like some of the stuff on this newish Dream Catalogue spin off label - |

There's so much that I've barely scratched the surface yet. Just going through their ANNIVERSARY compilations (which are free) and taking it from there. What annoys me about bandcamp is that if you have a massive download page once you get to the 80th or so release they error and you have to start going to each releases page individually and go through the check out again to download them. Also only paid for items show up in your collection which is stupid when people give so much stuff away for free. I've got something like a thousand downloads and am in 2 peoples collections. Will check out that Pyramids stuff, sounds great. |

Via one of VLR´s great mixes I got exposed to who are a bit Detroit techno-y, I like the track he played "Window Walkers", and I like , particularly the track "Digital Watch" which is kind of like lo-fi techno but also makes me think of post-punk for some crazy reason. |

The label is great. I just don't buy Fah's releases. You should buy from OR. But I recognize the problem. I haven't bought Alek stark latest 808 box because FAH is on it with his alias Patronen. |

You didn't sponsor me from the beginning, you wouldn't buy anything other than vinyl from "your friends". Who are your friends? You pay for them? You pay for music, that is your choice, but don't make it weird like anyone ever owes you something. You buggered me with wanting to come to my studio... I have no idea who you are so eventhough I couldn't get guests into my home at the time for I was moving around like crazy, I wouldn't let you come over because I don't know you. Period. And you threw a hissy fit like a toddler and I just left XLT because I have no time for that. You sniped in every possibility begging to get into my studio. I didn't call you any names, you told me i should go to a docter and get me checked out cause I was "sick" according to you.. Then you threatened to hang me, on Facebook for everyone and your family to see, and still I let it slide... You sent me a private message on Facebook -explaining- that you understood that you perhaps got too overexcited and that perhaps you were over the line, you didn't have to apologize to me for anything and good on you that you didn't.. But you did understand that perhaps it all went a bit wrong. And then you went and tried to get people and actual labels against me, so of course I'm having your ass at this point. You never learn, and I feel bad that I have to explain this to a 40+ year old social worker, with two kids and a wife, who can't keep it real. We have also analyzed you a bit: you're borderline.
