i lost half a stone this week through not eating due to
illness, you can see how insidious weight gain, i havent
drunk any coffee this week which has really helped, i go for
a long walk twice a week with my brother and lift weights in
my living room to maintain some muscle mass which require
calorie burning just to exist. I wouldnt necessarily
recommend a starvation diet but if you ate half of what you
do normally for a few days you will notice immediately a
difference

I stay thin no matter what I eat or do. I have a tummy roll
though when I sit. I suppose that could improve. I'm not one
for excessive exercise. I'm happy with the odd stroll. I see
a lot of fitness junkies and think they're just plain mad. I
know I shouldn't judge cos I don't know them, but whenever I
see a sweaty runner I feel sorry for them, like they're
trying to make up for something. Which is fine of course, we
all try to fill the gap somehow.

I was thin and could eat what i wanted it was great. People
who are addicted to fitness are a bit weird, it just seems
so dull and unrewarding

i would never, ever go to a gym or running in the streets
but you can't deny they stay definitely better than us

if you want to be thin just don't eat

Start counting calories if you are serious about that.
