Anyone seen it, was very beautiful, i was laughing alot at
seeing Dicaprio eat soil and foam at the mouth, i bet it
wasnt in the script the director was just having a laugh,

Doubt I'll see it at the cinema. Had a good read about it,
I'll probably give it go.

This was actually good, unlike most twitter trending
propaganda batman/star war clone shit movies. But the
business model of selling movie tickets dictated that movies
be annoyingly long. A good movie length would be about 5-30
minutes, but nobody would buy a movie ticket for that, even
though all the annoying filler would be removed. They should
just put a collection of like 5-10 short movies one after
the other, then you don't have to have all this attention
span and bullshit plot resolution or whatever idiocy. I just
want to see the bear attack, and the first fight, that was
the interesting part, ok next movie, etc. Kinda like 'health
we are water' video made by eric wareheim. It's short and to
the point and doesn't have 2 hours of peripheral bullshit.
Fuck you.

Yeah, that was great. But all of this explicit penis
destruction could be the work of government astroturfed
agenda 21 feminist socialists. Their modus operandi is to
infiltrate social organizations, then hijack them towards
socialism, an evolved tactic like ants herding aphids for
honey dew. Even Tim and Eric have been infiltrated with this
shit called "JASH". Jash is 100% non-funny from what I've
seen, and it is composed of a black guy and a white girl
(just like Obama (O-bomber) and Hillary (Killary) are a
black guy and white girl; this is a microcosm of the same
tactic), they are able to join Tim/Eric's "comedy" group to
hijack it toward socialism, despite lack of being funny,
because they'll call them a racist or misogynist if they
don't. This also fuels the divide and conquer agenda of
first pitting blacks against whites, then pitting the
surviving women against men, to distract everyone from
uniting against crony fascist parasites like John Donahoe
who metaphorically shot as many dicks as robocop. And sure
enough Sarah Silverman from JASH started talking about
feminist/socialist anti-libertarian anti-anarchist
anti-voluntaryist bullshit, riding the coat tails of Tim and
Eric meme popularity. These "people" are all around, you can
only see their reptilian contours under black light. Even
xltronic is being hijacked.

I genuinely thought for a moment the jash thing was meant to
be ironically unfunny, it was bollocks

Some of the cinematic style reminded me of Gambling Gods and
LSD. Enjoyed it a lot

I wonder if it was real soil or stunt soil, like bourbon
biscuit crumbs or something

The bear snuffling and drooling was great, whoever did that
is going to get an oscar

Funny that perhaps his best acting roll, is a man rolling
around on the ground like a quadriplegic, foaming at the
mouth

I agree with Lynch that for films like this one you need to
go and see it on the biggest screen you can. and during
those excellent soundtrack vs scenery moments I wished
Herzog could direct it - but then it could last 4 hrs right
? lol

looking at the Oscar nominees I think Di Caprio should
[finally] get it - but it will be Matt Damon cause The
Martian is "more" politically correct, right ?

What I mean is e.g. Dances With Wolves got 7 Oscars but that
was a "nice" film about "friendship" between a white soldier
and the natives.

The Revenant is quite harsh and bitter in that respect,
showing there were good and bad characters/personas on both
sides. I haven't read or seen any intvs around the film
yet. But imo the emphasis in The Revenant is more on the
fact that the natives just protected their lands against the
european aggressors. It's one of those films that remind the
world about it.

TL;DR That's why I enjoyed it very much

^ I didnt think of it in that way, good point, it might not
be politically correct enough for the oscars cos it reminds
the american public about genocide of the indigenous
population
