Hey Freqy, yes i love temple of doom, especially the bit
were he liberates all the children and rides a mine cart, id
say its my third favorite after last crusade and raiders,
which im unsure which are my favorite, but temple of doom is
infinitely better than the 4th one,

yes, the music is so great at those moments!

there is one really funny part where they are about to be
crushed and they go through hell trying to get the doors
open in the chamber....then... ahhhh such relieif ...they
manage it ...such beautiful hopeful music.....but then
willie bends down and starts the mechanism again and Bang!
They are immediately back in the same position of about to
be squashed...The music sequence is so perfect, i had to
laugh.

i just looked at indiana solo's imdb , states filming for
star wars ep8. lol

maybe they clone him? ...

probabaly the imdb entry it only there, to make people think
he didnt die.

its sort of a good thing they are filming it soon, cos if
Harrison got any older the next film would be set in the
70's and he would be wearing flairs

probably just a montage of him saying "chewie" or shooting
greedo, i hope for more

music in fugitive is nice and tense, my fave bits in that
film is when hes walking around in a duffle coat and living
in a doss house,

hey freqy do you know where the sample from astronomical
guideposts come from, drexciya

"Use the star chart to fix a celestial navigation point;
from there, you should be able to plot your path back to
Earth using rudimentary astronomical guideposts."

it sounds almost like hercule platini, probably isnt him but
always made me wonder where it was from

Grava 4 album,

also noticed a couple of things whilst watching raiders of
the last ark tonight.

firstly the sound of the sea plane at the beginning when he
escapes from the indians, the sound of the engine stalling
is the same as the millennium falcon hyperdrive failing

and secondly there is a bit where the french archaeologist
swallows a fly mid scene but carries on the scene like
nothing happened

i was thinking about that fly scene, a great moment. and he
deserves praise.

However, is it really good acting if a fairly large fly goes
in your mouth and you remain calm and unflustered, knowing
there is a close up on you?

In a way its bad acting. because a real life person would at
least waft it away.

unless it was a cgi fly?....an early attempt by lucas film
to include creatures in a scene.! ; P

but really though i do praise him , how in the zone must
have have been to not even flinch?!

next time i see it, i shall imagine it is cgi. lol.

During the scene where Indiana threatens the Nazis with a
bazooka, you can clearly see a fly creeping into the mouth
of Paul Freeman. Contrary to popular belief, he did not
swallow it. Freeman explained in an interview years later
that the fly flew off at about the instant he uttered the
word "bad," but Spielberg noticed it and decided it would be
funny to cut out a few frames so the fly would not be seen
flying away. This made it look as though Freeman ate it, and
he found the edit highly amusing. Empire Magazine chose this
scene as one of the most common scenes for which people
press the "Pause" button on their VCRs.

just read it on imdb, im not sure he is telling the truth, i
reckon he ate it and enjoyed it

well thankfully that has never happened to me.

and the audience did not remember either but that is how
