what do you make of the video ?
is that true Bowie said it's about ISIS ? is it about ISIS to you ?
what do you make of the music ? do you like how it's a 10 minute long 2-part composition ? which part do you like more ? do you like it at all ?
IMO this piece might be a sign that the whole album will be at least worth listening and less poppy than the previous one
p.s. I'm after two coffees only

The ISIS thing sounds like a lazy interpretation to me. Most of Bowie's best lyrics are multilayered, and this one is as thematically rich as anything he's ever done. Religion is a prominent theme, but so is celebrity, and celebrity and religion as analogies for one another. BTW Bowie is one of the few famous celebrities who can write songs about fame and celebrity without disappearing up his own ass.

Favourite thing I've heard from him in quite a while now. It's got a bit of character.
The electronic side was never going to be produced by Aphex, and it's secondary to the track.
Annoying bit is the thankfully short bit of singing around 4:40. Cheesy hope.

Oh no there's more hopeful singing. I do like the bits where he sings with a bit more cockiness.

yeah its a minor quibble really the bit in the background "i'm a gangster" overall its good, better than you would expect from someone at this point in their career, id rather listen to station to station or tvc15 anytime rather than this though

I think it's astonishing. I love Occult Bowie. One of my fav albums of his is "Heathen". This is a great song. I wasn't that taken with "The Next Day", but this gives me hope that the new album will be dark and ace.

Something happened on the day he died....
on Friday he turned 69 on Saturday I turned 39 on Sunday he died
It's like he thought "ok, it's time to go"
I haven't even had time to give proper listening to the album yet....time passes too fast it seems

right kick in the balls this, just him being around made life more interesting, makes you realise how mediocre music has become when a 69 year old with a terminal illness has probably the best new album out
