The count was staked in hospital following an illness.

Rest in peace, you wonderful evil old villain. Or rise from
the grave and wreak a terrible vengeance on your
persecutors, your choice.

I was saddened to hear he'd passed on but happy also he'd
got to 93 and was acting right up to the end. He's in so
many good films. One of the things that makes him so good is
to see his superior talent brought to lesser material and
make of it greatness. I like him especially in Wicker Man
(obviously), To the Devil a Daughter, and The City of the
Dead (aka Horror Hotel). The greatest filmic double act is
him and Peter Cushing. RIP Christopher Lee.

after looking at his imdb, discogs etc. I feel the need to
start a healthy, creative life and I want to record a heavy
metal album when I reach my 90s
