1. Yesssss !!!

I am optimistic. I might be hypnotised but that first bit of
seeing a stormtrooper with his helmet off and a look of fear
(as someone at the Guardian I believe observed; packing more
acting than there was to be found in the entire 3 prequels )
straight away makes me feel that this is going to go to
interesting places in the StarWars ... place.

I'm looking forward to it.

You hit a nail there just by saying "Christensen-massacred".
Surely it can't be any worse.

I thought Abrams did OK with the Star Trek films.

"packing more acting than there was to be found in the
entire 3 prequels "

Ha ha! Maybe I need to hang out a bit in the darker corners
of the Guardian web-area. You keep bringing up fun
anecdotes.

Huh? Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher are all
reprising their roles...

6. Cautiously Optimistic. I want to love, but I'm afraid of
being hurt again.

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.
For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has
not been perfected in love.

6. I don't trust trailers anymore. But I do look forward too
watching it. Will be interesting to see Star Wars through a
different eye i guess.

Given your avatar, I would have expected you to say "Fear is
the mind killer". Though, to be fair, I don't know if that
quote is ever actually used in the movie, so I'll take
what I can get (midichlorians).

Kyle is goddamn handsome in that, though.

3,4,5 & 6. Star wars sucks c**k. As does hairy pooer & Lord
of the blings. Grow the freak up. Watch 2001 A space
odyssey, Metropolis or some Buster Keaton. Disney FFS.

Haha, Metropolis. Is there anything else film school told
you to like that we should know about?

I'm pretty sure 90% of the people who enjoy Star Wars have
seen, and enjoyed 2001. Man, my dear Jaser, to me it seems
you love putting things into neat little boxes.

It's healthy not to just niche about, to dare.

One can enjoy Kubrick, and Ashton Kutcher, Elton John, and
Albert Camus. Madonna, The Big Bang Theory, Mentos, Breaking
Bad, Ballet, Desperate Housewives, Aphex Twin, Channel 5,
twig collecting, David Lynch, The Chase, Top Gear, Donald
Trump, Kim Kardashian, Die Antwoord, Katy Perry, Hip Hop,
racism, Honey Metal, Merzbow, The X factor, Harry Potter,
crockery, The One Show, Lucozade adverts, People falling
over, Barry Manilow, ants, kite flying, rare colours, animal
cruelty, and daffodils ... A conflicting as that may seem.

Those don't necessarily reflect my taste but I find the
wider the range of stuff I can enjoy, the wider the
spectrum, the more I'm getting, the more I'm learning about
me, and us.

I hate putting things down. It makes me feel like a prick.
My main goal is to try and enjoy music, art, and movies,
even people. To try stuff. It's about wanting to enjoy
something. I fucking hate hating stuff, and talking about it
is not ever that constructive.

Shame there's so much money being invested in absolute shit.

I'm sure we can at least agree on that!
