lolwut, every single water well, geothermal borehole,
mineshaft and mining exploration drillhole has the potential
to do this, but nothing like that has ever happened

i don't think we should be going for shale gas because we
should be concentrating on low-carbon energy sources. There
I am in total agreement with environmental groups. But
that's about the only reason to oppose it, most of the other
reasons are gobshite and IMO damaging to the reputation of
environmental groups
