the scala > north london, worldmusic/everything
the end > mm not sure where, techno
whirl-y-gig > waterloo area? tribal/dance
wag club (northern soul)> west end

I've been to these they're friendly / OK music

Brixton is a cool area ; (south London)>

Mass (in a church!) drum n' bass
George IV > trance at weekends
the fridge > over-rated cramped /house music.

there are many others but they're ones i know

What's wrong with Stringfellows? I was down there just the

Yeah perhaps you are right. When I come to think of it I
must be wrong. The place is meant for successful people.
Perhaps I just have a chip on my shoulder.
Man! I wish bruce forsyth was my dad.

Quernstone: if you fancy it, I'm meeting some of the boys
down Stringfellows next Saturday. It'll be the old comedy
crew; Jim Davidson, Roy Chubby Brown, Jimmy Tarbuck, Bernard
Manning and Jethro.

hey Quernstone!! that viz link was smart-have been engrossed
in rogets profannersaurus ever since-a mate of mine helen
met a pissed up lemmy from motorhead and he tried to pull
her by inviting her to stringfellows!! she politely
declined. aawww-i wouldnt. i would have have at least gone
back to his to find out once and for all if those facial
warts are of the stick on plastic variety. pah, a missed
golden opportunity if you ask me.

Jonsey: You'll be heading there after a round of golf no
doubt. Or come to think of it a bit of fishing. (Not that I
have anything against these two pastimes, it is just the
fact that they have been hijacked by the light entertainment
personalities which has instantly abhor them.)

KEN: Yes mate. I want to take the Eurostar in a few weeks. I
reckon a VIZ moment might be on the cards.
