Hi guys, I'm upset.
I work in a headshop/glass shop and my boss is a short fused
vindictive jewcunt. She likes to smoke ganja and drink
alcohol at work. . Expects us to be trained fully without
anyone training us and gets pissed when we run into a
problem that could have been solved by proper training.
There is a plethora of other problems that occur with her
failing business.
Potentially hazardous workspace...Glass dust and Kiln dust
which doesn't ever cleaned out of the studio... She
doesn't follow meal break labor laws.
I get paid under minimum wage because I can receive tips.
Nobody tips.
No benefits.

I'm not motivated to work there anymore. :/

Sounds shit, I'd quit.

While quitting (or immediately beforehand) break something
or steal something of your employer's. Or just take a
massive shit in the middle of the floor. If they threaten to
call the cops, say you'll report them for all their health
and safety violations or whatever. That should shut them up

Honestly working for a small business has been the worse job
experience I've had so far... I hope this with fill me with
appreciation for forthcoming jobs.

@mohamed
You are right. Always have a backup plan to support
yourself.

@ drill rods
I was thinking about tainting their five gallon water jug
with piss.

@WarpBot2012
Yes they are.

I recently had a bad experience working for a small
business. They were paying half of the prevailing wage and
there was just way too much responsibility to justify the
amount of stress the supervisor put on us. (To give you an
example of how this guy operated, his saying was "If you're
on time, you're late", but he was late all the time). I let
him know I was going to be looking for other work but I
could continue to work; actually I expected him to try and
make good, but he hired someone else within a couple of
weeks so I was able to claim unemployment since I didn't
actually quit (even though they tried to deny my claim).
