What do you do to get proper sleep? I try to sleep at least
8 Hours a day, but it doesn't always work because my job
demands that i work 2 diffrent shifts.

Interesting. I am not sure if this is something for me,
because if you split those 8 hours, what are you going to do
with the time between the 4 hours of sleep? You can't do
much in 2 hours.

I only seem to be able to surf the net, listen to music etc.
no real work ever gets done. Thats why i want to sleep for 8
hours, to have the energy to get shit done.

Since I have a kid I sleep like 6 to 7 hours, still a waist
of time.
