Well it's that time of year again...time to leave my dining
hall employment and find a job at home. So far all i've got
is applications for Au Bon Pain and Marshalls. *sigh* i
wish i could be a kid again and not have to work in the
summer. I'm hoping to land this desk job at AT&T...but I
don't think it'll happen.

I work at a summer camp. This is my 10th year to work there.
It's a perpetual summer out there.

Looks like I'll be job hunting next week. It shall depress
me out of my mind. Fuck fuck fuck fuck. I want a nice late
job that will limit human contact, less costumers. Customers
annoy me...

ya i nkow what u mean.. i HATE dealing with the general
public.. ugh *shudder*

i worked in retail it was the worst job EVERY
ever since then, i feel SO sorry for retail people i see in
stores, so i treat them xtra nice
i dont try to talk to them too much, or ask for help, cus i
know its like a horrible stabbing pain for them

my job right now lets me sit in front of a computer,
listening to my music on headphones, 8$/h
not bad
but the downside is that the actual work is really tedious
and boring
the other people who work there are interesting people
though, nice people

Right now I'm a sandwich maker. I assemble deli fare
nonstop for hours...[shudder]. I know all about dealing w/
customers.

i need to find a job that doesnt involve dealing with
people...though there arent many entry level summer jobs
like that are there?

I just got hired at the Wetzles Pretzles inside the Mission
Viejo mall. my friend is the manager so he hooked me up. I
think I'm going to try and get a second job either at AT&T
in the same mall or Best Buy down the street form the mall.

ive got an interview on tuesday at Kmart... and ill prolly
have to submitt more applications than just one to find a
job... but the thing is that... at Kmart the only people ill
have to work with is other workers and the few annoying
mother f*ckers that dont now where anything is that has been
shopping there for years... like my grandma for instance...
and i still cant stand having to listen to her b*tch for 10
minutes... lol
