Forgotten tracks that you stumble upon

Over the last many years we've entered this paradigm shift,
where tracks that artists put up online is all bandcamp,
soundcloud etc.. But do you remember back in the days when
people uploaded stuff to their own servers? Do you remember
the netlabels that suddenly flourished in the beginning of
2000?

Anyway, once in a while i stumble upon a track or a whole
collection of tracks, that are actually quite good, and for
some reason really never got their 5 minutes of fame. So i
wanna dedicate this topic to inactive tracks, by forgotten
artists, that you guys find good (and please, no shameless
self-promotion).

I just heard this on Soma.fm, Google'd it, and found the
track on archive.org. Reminded me very much about the long
forgotten abundance of netlabels. I find this track really good. It has a
sort of AE meets reggae to it.

So, your turn.

It's rubbish and you obviously didn't 'Master' it as there
aren't any technical problems with it.

He was molested and bullied as a child. He lacks any
confidence or abilities to make anything of his life. He
drinks. All his relationships are failures. To compensate
for his many shortcomings, he lashes out anonymously at
people on internet forums. He fancies himself an internet
tough guy. When he's not trying to abuse people over the
internet he's posting things like "ha ha! I'm posting here
whilst I'm waiting for my toast to cook," or some stupid
shit like that. He lacks imagination.

Also, he didn't even read your post and thinks you made the
track you linked.

Ah yes I remember pinching huge reams of mp3s from random
private servers back in the early 2000s. One guy made loads
of Orb-like stuff, i remember. Unfortunately I don't have
any of the files anymore

4 fancy yourself (as) something British English to
believe, usually wrongly, that you have particular skills or
are a particular type of person:

He fancies himself an artist.
She fancies herself as another Madonna.

fancy.
