david lynch is extremely boring, but he has also done some
nice films! Like Blue Velvet!

Eraserhead...

you have to be strong to make it through that one...

the baby, and the puffy cheek girl in the radiator, and the
worm things he pulls out of his wife, and the chicken at her
parents house...

I twice tried to see Mulholland Dr. but both times I fell
asleep... I just want to hope that I will see it
sometime...
Both times I stopped in the beginning where these chicks are
trying to find the identity of the brunette chick...

I had trouble getting over the scene in Wild at Heart, where
they drive up on the accident on the highway, and there's
that girl who is walking around confused, scratching the
hole in her head.

...scratching her exposed brain.

David Lynch has a collection of photography art. One of
them is titled "Spineless Chicken Shit". It is a single
pile of stacked chicken shit with a headlike object on top.
Eccentric isn't it?

I loved Mulholland Dr., seen it 3 times already. I would've
seen it more but I had to return the DVD. I'll buy it asap.
I typed out one of my favorite scenes from the movie, i'll
share that here.

"howdy.

howdy to you.

beautiful evenin.

yeah.

sure wanna thank you for comin all the way up here to to see
me from that nice hotel downtown.

no problem. what's on your mind?

well, now. here's a man who wants to get right down to it.
kinda anxious to get to it, are ya?

whatever.

a man's attitude-- a man's attitude goes some ways... the
way his life will be. is that something you might agree
with?

sure.

now did you answer... because that's what you thought i
wanted to hear, or did you think about what i said... and
answer 'cause you truly believe that to be right?

i agree with what you said. truly.

what'd i say?

that a man's attitude determines, to a larger extent, how
his life will be.

so since you agree, you must be a person who does not care
about the good life.

how's that?

well, stop for a little second and think about it. can you
do that for me?

[chuckles] okay, i'm thinkin.

no, you're not thinkin. you're too busy bein a smart aleck
to be thinkin. now, i want you to think and stop being a
smart aleck. can you try that for me?

look, where's this going? what do you want me to do?

there's sometimes a buggy. how many drivers does a buggy
have?

one.

so let's just say i'm drivin this buggy, and if you fix your
attitude, you can ride along with me.

okay.

i want you to go back to work tomorrow. you were recasting
the lead actress anyway. audition many girls for the part.
when you see the girl that was shown to you earlier today,
you will say, "this is the girl." the rest of the cast can
stay. that's up to you. but that lead girl is not up to you.
now, you will see me one more time... if you do good. you'll
see me two more times... if you do bad. good night."

I just saw lost highway... i dunno what you think but this
guy Lynch should be a porn wacko... he is probably getting
rather old maybe and he ain't got that much pussy...
the movie pretty much shity too, except of the beginning and
the end, where Bowie was deranged... where are the 'Wild At
Heart' days??? Long gone I think...
i saw marylin manson in this movie too... i hate marylin
manson... in other words, fuck lost highway...

Did any of you understood the script? why was this guy
transforming to another guy and then back to the initial
guy? who were his parents? why did I saw this fucked up
movie?
I saw 'Frequency' yesterday, which was more than perfect and
I should state that I feel like an asshole for watching this
crappy movie today... god damn...

i like movies that leave you thinking.

i just watched some horrible movie called , series 7. it
was a good idea but, the film was so poorly acted and
constructed.
it was about a survivor like show where six people are told
that they must kill each other to survive and win.
it was a good idea and all.
its just that the movie really sucked ass.
