Have been seeing a lot about this game recently. Is the game itself any good? How does it compare to GTA IV and Saints Row 3?

the story plays out as homage instead of parody or satire, which can make it more engrossing than other open-world games. the combat mechanics are tricky but involving, and driving around hk rarely gets old.
