A good way is probably to ask yourself, how do you want to behave in situations, you developed some kind of automatism. So everytime you happen to be in such a situation, you should stop whatcha doing, and examine yourself for a few minutes. Examine your inner monologue your thoughts and feelings. I did this, and I can only say that there is a lot of chaos inside me. Thoughts, goals and feelings that aren't very well defined. I feel a certain tension inside me. Its very sad. |
