this batshit neighbour of mine across the street has a
gargantuan sound system, and from time to time he plays some
awesome stuff. well this afternoon it was a whole album of
some sort of berlin school / tangerine dream-ish stuff. it
was pretty lush, but it might not even be "progressive
electronic from the 70s", or whatever. no. i really don't
know. it might even be some film score.

however, i want to know what the fuck it was. i managed to
record a 30 second clip with my incredibly crappy mobile
phone, and if someone can figure out what the fuck it was
i'd be really grateful.

It sort of reminds me a bit of Popol Vuh and Amon Düül,
probably because you mentioned krautrock.

Plus they tended to use vocals like that, sometimes.
